Confirmation of Booking
Upon you complete your booking you will receive a confirmation email from Car Trawler. They will issue the booking confirmation on behalf of the rental vehicle provider . You are strongly adviced to throughouly check the details of the booking including country, location and period of rental.
If there are any discrepancies, you should immediately send a communication through our Website engine clearly informing CarTrawler of the exact details of such discrepancy.
The reservation numbers included on the booking confirmation should be quoted in all enquiries, cancellation or modification of the booking.

Cancellation

Cancellation of a booking must be made a minimum of forty eight (48) hours before the rental of the vehicle is due to commence pursuant to a booking made on this booking engine. If you wish to cancel a booking, the only accepted method is through our Cartrawler Website. Do not cancel your booking with the car rental agent directly as additional fees may apply.

Useful telephone numbers to our call centres for each country are included on the voucher you receive by email once the booking is made.

Complaints Procedure
Complaints are accepted in writing only and must be logged to CarTrawler Support and received within 30 days of ompletion (drop-off date of the rental vehicle). Complaints received after this period will not be processed.

Collecting the Car
You can see the exact collection point address at the top as soon as you book. Please ensure you bring both parts of your driving licence, card and counterpart along with the credit/debit card by which you paid your deposit. Don't forget you can pick up a car directly for an airport or a ferry port.

Travelling Abroad with the Car
Certain cars can be used to travel abroad with extra charges per day, however please check on the type of car you choose before making any arrangments as luxury and larger cars are not allowed.
